Michael Steele in their belief that the government is planning to euthanise the elderly, or see advantage in being perceived to hold such a belief. McCain argues that the bill is "ambiguous" which is true up to a point. It if you are one of those people who see the phrase "end-of-life care" as potentially meaning the kind of care which brings about the end of your life, the yes, the bill is indeed ambiguous.
